I would not recommend this product. I have owned it for about a year and have had 2 power outlets fail on it. Do some research and get a UPS device from APC who is knows for their surge products. This product is also very large so if you don't have much room behind the cabinet etc. review the dimensions first.Digital camera Review: Features galore - for a power filter and surge protector

I have had this powercenter for about 5 days now and I very happy with it. It is large, has a very long wall cord, and plenty of plugins for power, coax, phone, and even network connections. The two sides of the power strip are separated for audio and video to minimize interference. The voltage meter (LCD display) is a confidence meter that your power supply coming into it is what it is supposed to be. Larger than what I wanted, but I also wanted the extra protection so it worked for me. Amazon's pricing was extremely competitive, as usual, and I got more features than other similarly priced protectors in my local stores. I am using it on my Samsung 46" LCD tv, Onkyo home theater system with DVD and subwoofer, and the Cable box DVR. Handles it all very well.
