I, like many others, was also skeptical about buying something other than just using distilled water and alcohol, but I wanted to really make sure my 46" Sony Bravia LCD was cleaned as purely as possible.
This product does work, you just have to use it properly. I used a very slightly damp cloth and ONE spray of the cleaner, and was able to clean 1/3 of the TV. By going over it with a dry cloth after in some of the first spots I applied the cleaner, any signs of streakiness disappeared. I then used a different part of the cloth, ONE spray again, and repeated this for the last 2/3 of the TV. It may seem like one spray wouldn't do it, and I was tempted to use two sprays, but two sprays can leave a little bit of a streak if you then don't dry it with another cloth well enough after (This happened when I first tried it on my computer, but i was able to remove ALL streaks).
Stick to one spray and light circular movements. This product does work, and it will last you forever. Just don't over-do it, and trust that the littlest bit can go a long way. I'm a 21 year old college student, so want to make sure I'm really caring for such an expensive TV purchase I made myself. It's now one week later, and it would appear dust hasn't even landed on the TV since applying the cleaner. Definitely the way to go.

I used this product on my 50" t.v., Dell computer screen and a laptop. All were cleaned with little effort. Streak free and very easy to use. If your screens don't get touched very often the bottle should last a very long time. Fortunately, I used this on my 19" Samsung PC monitor before trying it on a Samsung LCD TV screen.
This leaves a lot of streaks you can see when the monitor is off--from just about any angle. It does get rid of fingerprints if you are persistent with rubbing gently, but then the streaks and ghostly splotches just spread all around the screen.
Note that my monitor is matte screen. I have no idea how this might affect a glossy screen, like the Ultra Clear used on the Samsung A650...
I still don't know what the answer is for cleaning LCD screens properly, especially if they have gotten a light film of oil from normal cooking. Most people have kitchens that open into the living room, right? My TV is in the living room, so over time (6 months or more) it will pick up some of the oil that comes from light stirfrying and occasional broiling.
Bottom line, even though Samsung's FAQ specifically recommends this product, ScreenClean does a very poor job of cleaning. It leaves too many streaks and blotches. (And what do we clean those off with???)
