Alot of bad things to say. Admittedly, this is just a sexy device. The only way I wanted to go when getting a battery pack for my iPhone was with this case.
The first problems started when I tried to connect my iPhone to iTunes. Kept getting an error message that the phone was not recognizable. Or, the phone would just disappear from the DEVICES list entirely; and stop recharging. Only seemed to be an issue when connected to a computer, and not when connected to a wall charger (though DONT try to answer a call with the case on while charging with the wall charger, as there seems to be a nasty short resulting in a mild shock; and yes, on all Mophies I tried).
So called Apple. They explained it was an issue with the Mophie requesting too much power from that particular USB port (confirmed by trying on multiple computers with same result).
So I contacted Mophie. After 4 attempts at switching out the cable (which they claimed was almsot always the problem), and two replacements (the last of which was sent to me obviously used...as in nasty-I-dread-putting-my-iPhone-in-that-case), I decided a refund was best. Mophie was NOT easy to deal with in this regard either. I'd rather get a root canal without pain killers than deal with Mophie again.
If you want this device, beware. You may end up losing your ability to sync with your computer (Mac or PC) while the iPhone is in the Mophie (I also checked with Apple to confirm my iPhone wasnt the issue).
For something this simple not to work right, I have to advise against purchase. Keep looking folks (try Incase or Mili; though I have not yet).
HUGE disappointment.
