Great price, price doesn't matter when product stops functioning. This digital photo frame displays great for the first 25 or 30 days. After time has expired in that I could have returned it to the store, the bottom half of frame stopped functioning. I have not been able to get a hold of the customer service department at the company. At the time of writing this review I have been on hold waiting for someone from the customer service department for 50 minutes. I suspect that I will never get an answer from the customer service. After 54 minutes holding, I was disconnected. I wished it had stopped functioning within the date range to return it to the store. Called customer service number again, at time of this writing holding for 15 minutes. Listening to message that all customer service representatives are busy, please remain on the line for the availabe representative.
