No issues with the modem, and once I contacted the cable provider with the product information, the signal came through without any problem. It would have been nice to have a product manual with it, but I downloaded one off the Motorola web site. This modem installed easily and was quickly online. It has been performing well since installed. Noticed it operates without producing much heat especially compared to our old one. Compatible with our provider, Comcast.
