I bought this sight specifically for playing scenario paintball. While I have used a handful of scopes with laser dots the reduction in light in the scopes combined with the paintball goggles made them difficult to use in woods, it was simply a lot darker than I liked looking through the scopes. This sight eliminates that problem, allows for fast target acquisition, and is rugged enough to handle the abuse of paintball. Being able to choose from 4 different reticles, red or green, and the brightness intensity makes this a very flexible sight. Changing these settings is very easy as well, even with gloves on. It has a high profile which allows the sight to clear the carry handle of my SP-8 paintball gun but not so tall that it is blocked by the hopper. Zeroing in the sight is a snap and took me about 5 minutes and 20 paintballs. It fit perfectly on the picatinny rail so installation is painless. For scenario paintball it is excellent, no complaints. Actually, I like it so much that I am going to pick up three more for my other paintball guns so I don't have to swap it out. Worth every cent that I paid for it and then some!
