I had seen this bag with a friend before I bought it, so no surprises. Good quality bag, size is perfect for my use, just be careful with laptop pocket, not as roomy as you'd expect.
Other than that, I just wish the padded part of the shoulder strap was a little longer, but thats just cause i'm a little taller than average, it sits a little too high on my back.
