I bought this product 2 years ago, but from time to time do a check to see 'what's new' every now and again. I was surprised to see such a disparate set of ratings for this box. I bought it for a high-throughput small office/home office firewall which would support site-to-site VPNs and VPN users on the Microsoft VPN client. I was interested secondarily in its ability to securely front end some services (smtp, http, ftp) and be monitored remotely using syslog/snmp and hopefully, never crash or break. The device has performed flawlessly at these things. I think that, from the other reviews, the SSL VPN client software is a problematic point for other users, but putting that feature aside (which I don't use) I haven't found a single thing wrong with this device. I haven't had a single outage due to this device nor hit a performance bottleneck on any services which depend on this device (exchange, ftp site, web site, light intranet for users, all behind this firewall). I would say its perfect for anyone who wants a firewall with throughput which allows you to take advantage of very high speed internet connections (encrypted or not). It's not perfect for 64-bit SSL VPN users...
