The power supply worked just like the original with the correct voltage. The shipper sent item freaky fast and I have had no problems with it. I would recommend the product to other Dell users that need a replacement. It even charges when laptop is on and no issues with the mouse or other components when it is charging like other inexpensive power supplies I reviewed prior to buying this one. The quality looks similar to Dell, with exception of the logo.
