Digital camera Review: A MUST have accessory for your Nikon Scanner

I returned from Iraq and instead of buying a new Nikon D-100 I purchased a new Nikon Coolscan 5000 and soon afterwards, I purchased the Strip Film Holder FH-3. I have found out that the Nikon Negative adapter (SA-21) may not be able to scan a negative on the edge of a film strip; using the FH-3 I was able to do so.
I have found it to be a must have accessory to have around when doing negative scanning.

The FH-3 is a stripfilm holder for scanning film strips (one to six frames) with the Slide Mount Adapter MA-21.Designed for use with Nikon's Coolscan 4, Coolscan 4000, Coolscan 5 ED, and Super Coolscan 5000 ED scanners, the FH-3 is a replacement strip film holder that can deliver uniformly aligned scans of 35mm film strips nearly every time. The FH-3 holds one strip of up to six frames; and because it's designed specifically for your scanner, you can be assured that your scans will be consistently high quality. The FH-3 comes backed with a one-year limited warranty.
