These binoculars were highly recommended in an extensive review of many binocs. by the Cornell Lab. of Ornithology. I bought them on the strength of that recommendation. They provide bright, sharp views, aren't too heavy, focus close, and have attached lens caps. Too much quality for a small price.
With over 20 years of birding and guiding birdwatchers around the world, I find my self amazed by the quality and general optic facts of this binoculars... particularly because of their low price.

Watching the sandhill cranes come home to Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge in the evening compared to our old binoculars, was spectacular with the new Nikon 7432 Monarch binoculars!
