Digital camera Review: ** NIKON S3000 CAMERA IS A HORRIBLE CAMERA, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING **
Summary: 1 Stars
I was excited when I bought this camera, it took great pictures and was easy to use. Three weeks later the stupid battery went dead! I followed the directions from the manual and so I Know it's not user error. I attempted several times to charge the battery but all it said was battery exhausted. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I spent. I also read that another owner replaced their battery and even with a new battery received the same message. So now I don't know whether to spend MORE money on a new battery or a new and hopefully more reliable camera. This problem seems to be all too common, you would think that Nikon would do something about the issue to keep their reputation in good standing.
** I will never buy a Nikon camera again and will tell everyone I know that's in the market for a new camera about my experience.
