Digital camera Review: Annoying red light strikes into the eyes

Under low light conditions, the camera flashes a sharp red light. This is very annoying and bothersome for the person(s) of whom the picture is being taken. This happens generally under low light.
It is not worth buying this camera just for this basic flaw. I can't believe a company like Nikon releases products with such a basic flaw.
