Digital camera Review: A must have addition to your camera bag.

I am a long time user/buyer of Nikon products. I have always felt the quality deserved the extra $ spent. This is no exception. It is compact, fits nicely in your bag, provides all you should ever need to carefully and properly clean your lenses and now the lcd screen also. However, be forewarned, if you use the anti-fog cloth, you must thoroughly remove the solution left behind, before you can again clean your lens. Instuctions are included. I never thought I would use a "lens pen" but, it works. I only dared try these because it was sold by Nikon and they stand behind their products. Friend's kids got their hands on my bino and left fingerprints all over the lenses. Followed the instructions - and with a few brush strokes, breaths onto the lenses and strokes with the pen cleaning tip all the smudges were gone.
Pros:
- contains everything you need to have to keep your lenses clean
- good cleaning results
Cons:
- oversized package (it's not big, but it could be smaller)
- cheap plastic built pens resulting with lens pen cap being too loose (they say it's a non-liquid cleaning compound but I don't think too loose caps will help getting the good results out of those pens for the longest possible time)
All in all, a great product to have around for all those different lenses.

I got this kit since it was cheaper than buying the lens pens separately and the microfiber cloth. The pens are fine but the cloth isn't protected in the pouch well and will get dirty faster, you'll have to put it in one of those small plastic seal bags then inside to keep it clean. Now for those anti fog cloth/wipe things, I really think they should just be thrown out right away as they leave a film of something over your lens if you use it, and it will stay on the cloth and lens pens contaminating them if you use them to clean it off. I won't dare use those anti fog things on my Pentax lenses. That and this kit is really missing a blower, I think they should have ditched the anti fog things for another micro fiber cloth ( in a plastic something to keep it clean ) and stuck a small blower in the case. So I threw out the anti fog thing ( after I used the nikon cloth to clean up my test subjects glasses from that anti fog stuff ) and had to throw out the nikon cloth to as it is contaminated and stuck a Pentax cloth and small blower in the case with the pens, now it's all good.Digital camera Review: An excellent addition to your gear!!

I've used and read about the anti-fog cloth. I pulled this item out immediately. I added another small lens pen and the kit works really well. I particularly like the outside case. It will go into a bag without getting hidden in a side pocket. I use the small rocket air blaster which won't fit in the case. That's the only downside. Great set of pens that work like they are supposed to and leave clean lenses and filters with little hassle. Didn't use the anti fog wipes cause of other reviews claiming smearing of the lens but everything else works great.
