This is the best accessory I've ever bought for a camera. I have had a camera in my hand for 40 years & have bought lots of equipment & accessories, this was the best $12.00 I've ever spent. I have arthritis in my neck & wasn't looking forward to having my camera strap around my neck while on vacation in Colorado for 11 days, then I found the harness. I just can't say enough good things about it. It's easy to get on, easy to hook & unhook your camera from it, but most important, easy on the neck & back. I purchased this harness for carrying biniculars (8x36's) when hiking and taking photos. The harness helps keep the binoculars close to my chest and out of the way when I'm doing other things. So far I am glad that I chose to buy the elastic version. It may not last as long as the non-elastic version, but I'm sure that it is much more comfortable. The OP/TECH system allows you to interchange the harness with cameras and other similar devices that you may want to carry around your neck. I like it!Digital camera Review: Great Harness

I recently went to Africa on a Safari and used the Op/Tech/Cam Harness for my camera and long lens. It was easy to use, no swinging camera especially when moving in vehicle. It keeps your camera safely in front of your body out of harms way. Easy to swing camera up for focusing. I will use it every time when going out for the day and on long trips. No more neck aches from camera straps.
