Set up easy. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it was great. The documentation is a little intimidating when trying to adjust the picture. My first Olevia (32") was such a successful purchase a year ago I opted to get another one. More bang for the buck and J&R through Amazon was a fast and great transaction. By the way the Directv remote code is 11601.
