If the is the memory capabilty that fill your needs, then its worth it.
However, I think its a little pricey.

Amazon.com made shopping for this hard-to-find item easy. The card that comes with this Olympus camera only holds 3 pictures, so I needed to upgrade before it was even usable. The Olympus type Xd card was not readily available in local stores.Digital camera Review: Excellent Memory

This card arrived very fast and it was the largest GB Olympus xD card I could find. It performed flawless and I've yet to fill it even shooting in RAW with a 12.3 MP camera (of course I don't let them collect much in the card before I go to edit). It reads and processes the data fairly fast, and coupled with my Olympus camera and a very large Compact Flash card installed in the secondary slot I have the ability to transfer images back and forth between cards and pretty much unlimited shooting capacity. For the price you can't beat this card.
