I believe it is great product. I am using it very seldom- my recorder captures sound great from all sources even without the mic. I know that how you program your recorder will have a great impact on the recorded output. Very disappointed. Used three times and the plastic part that covers the microphone separated and fell off. It left the metal mic and wires exposed. I could not get the plastic cover to stay on. This didn't cost a ton of money, but it costs enough. I was unable to return it because I missed the return date by one day, which was totally my fault. I'm looking for another one and will probably invest more money into the next lapel mic I purchase AND also keep better track of return dates!Digital camera Review: Cheap Insurance

I use mine with the Sony 720 only for meetings because the clairity of the recording
is better. It is well worth the price,especially if you plan to save your recordings
or burn it to disc. "Cheap Insurance" Also, make sure you use the mono to stereo
plug thats provided because it will only record on one track. So after you had downloaded a session you'll notice two separate files on the menu. USE THE PLUG.
