I bought this to keep in my car so I wouldn't have to try and write everytime I need to remember something while I'm driving. Unfortunately it's cumbersome and not easy to use if you're driving. It's OK but I wouldn't buy it unless you're looking for something inexpensive and not to be used in the car. After reading favorable reviews, I recently purchased the Olympus S711 BLUE for my wife, a psychologist who spends many hours dictating each week. She has been raving about how much easier it is to use than the Sony recorders she had been using for years. She says it reduces stress and increases her productivity.
