function buttons need to be easy to memorize, inconspicuous, and quiet. The s711 meets
all these requirements. The blue is a nice effect, a little
less intimidating than BLACK. It even came with batteries that
were still viable. What more could I want? thanks. kaw

Well, first off I purchased this recorder with Pepsi points. I waited for this to arrive for at least three months! and when it did, well all I can say is JUNK- when using it, voices come out sounding like chipmunks on crack!
I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone...
