The clip part on mine was defective, and the gentlest tug separated my devices from the floatation strap. On the back of the orange, there is a black, sewn-in loop, so I was able to use the device straps to tie the floatation device securely to them so they wouldn't sink to the bottom of the ocean. Still annoying that it wasn't nearly so easy to use as it looked in the picture. That said, it has lots of float... Was able to tie my Flip camcorder AND my Olympus point-and-shoot cameras to it simultaneously, and it kept them both afloat.Digital camera Review: Graet little float

Nice float and a little less expensive. Will attach to almost any camera. Is brightly colored for easy spoting. Has a quick disconnect fitting so it can be quickly removed on shore. I used it with a SeaLife Ecoshot.Digital camera Review: Great Idea!!

Used this strap while snorkeling in Maui. Gave me piece of mind that I wouldn't lose my camera and memory card full of pictures. Well worth the price!
