I bought this voice recoder for my husband, and he absolutley loves it. As a singer he likes to record his song ideas, beats or lyrics. It has great sound quality (it picks every little sound) and downloading to a computer is easy too. You can have a band practice and this recorder will do a great job. I bought this recorder because my husband is deploying for Iraq in a month and we plan to record audio of him reading story books for my daughter to listen to before bed. This product has a great hugh quality sound. It installed quickly and easily with Vista (I did a sample recording because I'd read reviews that it may not work). It downloaded the files from the recorder to the computer quicly too. :) I love that you can make multiple files (works convienantly since we're recording each book to a new file). The only improvement I could offer woulr be better instructions. You kinda have to figure everything past the basics out yourself. (The instructions tell you basically how to play the recording and set the time/date.)Digital camera Review: I give this product huge praises

This recorder is easy to use and easily installed on to my computer. I formerly used the Olympus Pearlcorder S701 microcasette recorder. This seemed a little bit pricier than the microcasette recorder, but it is worth the small investment. For my purposes, (recording multiple class lectures in a large lecture hall, and then later bringing home multiple lectures at the end of the week and storing them on my computer for later reference and/or studying), this is perfect. No more carrying around a small bundle of microcasettes to fit many long lectures, no more loosing random tapes, and no more searching through multiple tapes for the beginning or end of a lecture. Also, this device offers much improved sound recording quality over my old microcasette recorder. I don't know about the individuals that use this device for recording music lessons, etc. for later playback, but for my purposes, this device is great!Digital camera Review: Inexpensive and good quality
