Digital camera Review: Barely Audible

Ordered this as a gift for my father-in-law. He indicated that he could not hear the playback. When he brought it over, both my wife and I poured through the documentation in an attempt to find a way to increase the volume. We had the volume set to the highest level, per the documentation, and it was barely audible. It would be helpful if the specs listed the maximum loudness these units produce. Now it's trial and error. We will go to a store where we can test the loudness. The quality of the documentation was very poor also. Would not recommend this product.
