I have purchased this remote 2 times over the past few months. I have purchased a total of 6 for company use in our fitness center. The "other" brands of universal remotes would constantly become unprogrammed and then were very difficult to reprogram. This remote is so easy to program and easy to use. Bought this for a friend that has trouble with anything more complex than a blow dryer :) It took a few trys to get it programmed with the right code for her (really) old Zenith TV but it took me all of about 10 minutes to program. She's happy, I'm happy, were all happy!
