Finally, a product that does what it says. Twenty minutes start to finish, and my Ooma was up and running. Called everyone I knew to check voice quality, with 100% positive responses. Free calls anywhere in the US, no bills, works as advertised. We have stand-alone DSL with no landline, so this is our house phone now. A few simple connections, with a very well-put-together box and instructions. Directions for hookup are clear, concise, and color coded for each application. The voicemail and 60 day free Premier trial work flawlessly. The Ooma Lounge allows you to set preferences, turn on/off features, view call logs, and much more. If you have spent thousands on phone bills over the years, you're a fool for not getting Ooma. Feels great to stick it to the Telecoms for a change !! I will tell everyone to buy Ooma, no tricks, no gimmicks, it just works!!
