Digital camera Review: Cheaply made, but works

Directions were not very clear and were not written in perfect english. This isn't just for Cannon cameras, it's a generic product that works on several cameras. The best I can tell,only one of the buttons on the remote actually work with the Cannon Rebel, which is what I bought it for. The other buttons are useless and do not work with my camera. I can take a picture remotely, so I guess it does work. Just disappointed in that it was advertised for the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT, XTi (my camera), and the XSi, but is really for multiple cameras and the only button that works is the shutter button.Digital camera Review: Clean, Simple, Cheap, Effective

This Opteka product does what its supposed to do without any hassles. Its cheap but effective. I would not want to pay for the "Canon" brand name for this simple a product.
I did not get the utility of the the 3 buttons: "S", "W" and "T". W & T are obviously Zoom Wide & Tele, but for which camera?
I use it with my Canon EOS Rebel XTi DSLR.

I just got the remote and I'm very pleased so far. It works with my Rebel T1i and you can use it for the BULB mode (click once to open shutter, click again to turn shutter off).
The 2S mode will take 2 second and then open the shutter.
Very happy so far and I hope the battery lasts.

Bought for the Rebel XTi. It actually worked okay for the first week or two that I had it. I went a couple of months without using it, so when it initially stopped working I assumed it was a battery issue. I've changed the battery more than once and it still does not work.
