Many have been disappointed to find that HP has some packages with a smaller capacity ink cartridge and therefore not the value originally thought.
This ad does not detail the ink in a cartridge capacity; check with the HP site to determine product specifications and compare with the capacity of buying an individual color cartridge versus the group package. Caution advised. (And seller including capacity of each cartridge) Note that black cartridge (usually larger) and color cartridges vary in capacity.

It's a nice concept in the printer that I have now (HP Photosmart C6280) that you can buy separate colors becuase some other printers I have owned, you had to replace all of them when it may have been only one that was low. The cartridges work fine but it doesn't seem to get as many pages as some others I've have used.Digital camera Review: Colorful photos

are what you would expect to get from HP printers and ink cartridges, and that's exactly what you get when using thier products. I have always used HP products and have never been disappointed with their results. The photos are sharp and with just the right amount of color saturation (of course a lot depends on the quality of the camera you are using). The best part of using HP in this instance is that each color has its own cartridge, so if you run out of ink in one color you don't have to discard the cartridge with othet colors left in them. Okay, the ink is good and seems to be at a fairly reasonable price compared to the price at regular retailers. I just do not like the fact that these ink have expiration dates. They are usually far off, but if your one of those people who doesn't use a lot of ink, this may be a problem. I heard from different people that when you pass the expiration date the printer doesn't let you use it or something. This is different for all printers though, so just be careful about that. The colors are very vivid and beautiful. I believe that ink cartridges in general could be cheaper, but this is a pretty good deal to get it. Have fun printing!Digital camera Review: Does the job
