Digital camera Review: one week wonder

The P4460 did not last even a week. Used it on a freezer plugged into 120v house power, but now it reads dC for Hertz, 1.7 volts and it will not reset. 154 hrs of operation. Now it costs an extra $3.80 to send it to P3 Intnl Corp, Hoboken, NJ for an additional surcharge on the $35.80 purchase price. I have used this once and already see a problem with it.
The display has poor contrast making it difficult to read in low light conditioP3 International Kill A Watt EZ Electricity Usage Monitor P4460 + Libarator 14" Wirens. I had to use a flashlight to see the numbers and words. Since this unit will be used in low light conditions, the dispaly should be much brighter.
Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

I bought this device to see what different appliances were using in electricity. It seems accurate enough as read almost exactly what some appliances energy usage were labeled as. It didn't do so well finding the energy usage of appliances plugged in that were not in use like televisions and DVD's in standby mode. I wanted to know how much these devices were using as I see them blinking or showing the time while not fully powered up. Overall I'm still pretty satisfied with the device for the price. If you want to save some money on your electric bill... BUY THIS!
I am soooooooo happy I did! I have had this product for awhile now and you would be amazed at how much electric you are wasting and how much it costs just to keep an item plugged in and not even use it! The price for this unit is pretty hefty, but the savings you get back from knowing what you are wasting, is well worth it! Wait till you see what those power packs waste just by being plugged in all the time! You know.... printers, chargers, copiers, scanners and the like. If you haven't already switched to CFL bulbs........., YOU WILL! ;)
