Digital camera reviews of PEGASUS from SwissGear by Wenger Computer BackpackDigital camera Review: Best I've Ever Had Summary: 5 Stars
This backpack is by fat the best I've owned. Not only is it far superior in comfort, but it also has more smaller pockets to stow away items for cellphones, wallet, mouses etc...But it also has enough room for my books plus computer. Even though my backpack weighs about 20 lbs loaded up it feels so comfortable that it negates the weight. My shoulders are no longer tired and the straps don't cut into my upper traps like the others have after having it on my back for more than 20 minutes. It's also one of the most coolest looking backpacks with its color combo and design. You can take a look at it for yourself by going to you local office supply store and check their prices to the price I got through Amazon ($65).
Digital camera Review: Best back pack I have ever used for computers Summary: 5 Stars
I have had at least 10 different computer bags since I started using laptops 11 years ago. The traditional leather cases and messenger bag styles always were more trouble than they were worth when traveling. Consequently, I switched to a backpack about 7 years ago.
I have used packs from Targus, Dell, and others. My last Targus was the best I had used until the zippers fell apart, forcing me to buy the Pegasus. It is now my best bag yest. The Pegasus is comfortable, sturdy, and very secure. It looked smaller than my Targus, but it holds the same amount of stuff, and organizes it better. Even if you leave a zipper open, you computer and the rest of the contents of the bag will sit securely unless you tip the bag over. The retainer strap in the laptop compartment holds my laptop in place safely regardless of what I have zipped or left open.
The Pegasus is great for travel and for day to day moving of a favorite laptop. It fits my bulky Dell Precision M70 with ease. I would recommend it highly for students and for other computer users who need the comfort of a backpack.
Digital camera Review: Best backpack I've ever owned! Summary: 5 Stars
I saw this backpack in an Apple store in my local mall. I was very impressed, but didn't want to spend the $89 on this bag since I was positive that I could find it cheaper online. I was right. My wife actually pointed me towards the Pegasus over the other two popular types. I'm glad that I chose this one, as it's excellent! I own a Dell Inspiron E1505 and it fits perfectly in the bag. However, I do want to point out that though it looks big enough to carry around a jobless midget, it's actually smaller than the picture looks. Also, the MP3 pocket is just a storage pocket, there isn't any aux. output to listen to your MP3 player while it's in your bag. Also, I can put Complete Scoundrel, Dungeonscape, Fiendish Codex 2, Savage Species and Complete Warrior IN ADDITION to my laptop.
Digital camera Review: Best bag ever! Summary: 5 Stars
This is the ultimate laptop bag. Plenty of room for your laptop in a secure, padded pocket, as well as plenty of room for all your other accessories. The padding on the back of the bag helps cushion the weight as you wear it. The handle is even reinforced with a steel cable-type of material on the inside of it. The best thing of all - the bottom is designed to keep the bag upright when you set it down. No falling over! Great quality. Get this bag!
Digital camera Review: Best laptop pack I've ever owned. Summary: 5 Stars
I picked this bag up 3 or 4 years ago along w/ a HP 17" notebook. It has held up extremely well over the years. The 17" laptop fits in the padded sleeve perfectly & the elastic band securely locks the computer into place. This bag has earned its place as my carry on while traveling carrying my pc, ipod, various chargers, clipboard, folio, all sorts of USB adaptors & even has room to spare. The shoulder straps & padded back make this one of the most comfortable bags when fully loaded. The primary handle on top of the bag is very sturdy & balances the weight well when you're lugging it around by that. There is a smaller handle / loop on the back of the pack which is great for slipping the roller case handle through when putting this pack on top of a roller case. The zippers are all very high quality, smooth & in all the years I've owned this pack they've never snagged once. The exterior fabrics used are actually quite water repellent as water still beads off of my pack to this day. I wouldn't suggest leaving it in the rain overnight but this bag does offer excellent water resistance.
I would recommend this pack to anyone looking to comfortably transport a large notebook & a few other things. This is honestly the sturdiest, most well constructed laptop backpack I've ever used. 5/5!
