I bought this for my parents who have difficulty using "complicated cordless phones". They had no problem with this, and they loved the volume control and the fact that it's hearing aid compatible. (Although, I had to show my mom the "T" switch on her hearing aid for when she talks on the phone.) Now it's available at an even better price than when I purchased it.
