My review has nothing to do with the product because they failed to even acknowledge us as a customer!

While shopping and browsing the LA Marathon Expo we were talking to our friends from school in front of the Auria Headphone booth and seen that they were considering their product. I stopped to chat with them and excitedly started to tell them about the headphones I just purchased, not intentionally trying to dissuade them from purchasing theirs, but simply telling them what I had bought. The guy, which I've learned from a promo video is Dave the inventor, quickly got upset and told me "You can't come over here and sell your stuff!" I was so shocked and responded that I was a customer and spectator of the event here for a school assignment which included learning about products from the event. He did stop and recanted his statement, but never apologizing for his rude outburst. Right before turning around to leave the young lady he had working his booth with him loudly said "Bye Mexicans" while gesturing with her right hand to leave. I in-turn stopped and asked him and her "did she really just say that to me?". She got hostile and said "I didn't say anything to you". My friend Vanessa was standing right next to me and both of the other girls heard it. We were all shocked and repeated to the guy what she had just said. I found it hard to believe that he claimed he hadn't heard it. I told him that I wanted the company business card and her name. He quickly responded "she's a contract worker". I explained to him that it was illegal to discriminate based on a little thing call the Title VII! He again said "she doesn't work for me!" I repeated she's representing your company and is standing in your booth selling your product and I would not stand for such disrespect and offensive behavior. My sister, Valerie, demanded an apology from the girl. The girl smirked and sarcastically said "I'm sorry!" Valerie told her that was so insensitive and not even sincere. The girl responded "You asked for an apology so there..." WE ALL were so bothered we decided to just walk away after not seeing any resolution to the situation. I am completely appalled by the whole situation and feel that it needs to be expressed to someone. I am not going to stand for this!!! We were so embarrassed by the whole thing we decided to leave the Expo early. It ruined our entire day and mood. At almost 2 am and I was still feeling all these emotions not knowing how to deal with this. So many thoughts are running through my mind I'm not even able to sleep. My natural instinct is to run straight to every blog site and tell my story, but I'm just not sure that is enough. I guess venting will have to do for now... DO NOT SUPPORT BUY THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT!
