I use it for business and I have the hard case. Expect your palms top power button to fail in about 1-1.5 yrs of owning. this has happened to 2 purchased palms and 2 that the company has repaired for me. The customer service is ok, you have to pay $30 to ship your palm if you need it back for business right away and it still takes 5 days. AFter 3 yrs of the same problem. I am done with the palm pilot.
