EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I LOVE THIS PALM. BOUGHT A SANDISK AND ADATA 2GB, WORKS WELL NO PROBLEMS. I DROPPED IT ONCE BUT THE HARD COVER PROTECTED IT. EASY TO GET ONLINE, HOTSYNC AND PLAYS MP3 ALSO. I HAVE DOWNLOADED FREE SOFTWARE ON THE INTERNET WITHOUT THE USE OF THE HOT SYNC CORD, DID IT WIRELESSLY. I have been a Palm user for over 20 years and bought a Palm TX probably 6 years ago to replace a unit that I had dropped. The TX has performed superbly with heavy use and is absolutely indispensable to my professional life. It has never failed, perhaps, in part, to the titanium case that protects it from inadvertent abuse. I will probably purchase another when my current one dies, rather than storing everything on a "smart phone", in large part because I refuse to use Outlook. The hard case is nice looking. It is difficult to open and I am sure after a significant amount of use it will stop working. It is awkward to try to hot sync while it is in the case. It is hard to tell the front from the back but the Pilot will only go in the case in one direction.Digital camera Review: Palm T/X

I purchased this device as a replacement for one I had previously. Personally, I am pleased with it. Presently, you can get cell phones that incorporate/include, most of the features of this product. I prefer to have two separate devices. All in all, it is fairly user friendly and easy to learn to operate.
