Great Product. I am a fan of Palm - have been for a long time. The hard case is a must, the case will allow the device to live through falling on concrete. Minor gripes - you cannot plug in ear buds with the hard case closed, surfing the web isn't as easy on the palm as it is on the I-phone (but it does work well considering the screen size), I had some minor problems getting the bluetooth to work with my cell phone. If you like the Palm platform you will be pleased with this device.Digital camera Review: Great deal!

The product itself is a great product. I have had none of the problems many of the other reviewers have experienced, except the issues with support. Palm customer "support" leaves much to be desired and my 1 MAJOR PROBLEM is that there is no upgrade for the Palm products software for the 64-bit edition of Window's Vista. So, I basically have a $300 paper weight. But, for the time I used it before switching computers to Vista, it was great! I'll just keep my fingers crossed that an upgrade will be released before long...
