Very happy with the handset itself with the speakerphone feature and caller id, especially for the price; however the answering machine leaves a lot to be desired. The playback volume is hard to hear without being right next to the machine. Also, when a caller hangs up without leaving a message, the dial tone is left as a message, which is annoying. You don't hear your message played when the machine picks up which isn't a real big deal but may be to some people. Besides that, the phone is compact and speakerphone is really clear and loud.
