I bought these as replacements for a similar style 2.8 GHZ phone that was just giving out because it was a few years old. The Panasonic is a great phone with so many extra features (talking caller ID, programming when the phone doesn't ring, alarm clock, etc). I don't use half the features - but they're great to have just in case. Phones work fantastic, and the price was great too (I paid $102 total which included shipping). Where have I been? What a great deal and price. This system is awesome! Rings at all the handsets, callers voice at all four handsets, take them to the lanai, the porch, the backyard. They don't take up a lot of space and look good too! Message waiting lite blinks at all four locations. My home is 3,500 Sq.Ft. and made of concrete block (hurricane country)and there is never a signal problem. Clear as a bell...Well done Panasonic!Digital camera Review: Best ever!

This is by far the best cordless phone set I've ever owned. The receivers are lightweight, and the sound is perfect, with no echo whatsoever. My favorite feature is the capability of programing all phones from any of the receivers. The voice caller ID is a happy bonus. Our home is on 3 levels, plus I have a greenhouse, so if anything's lacking it's an additional phone. That problem was solved by purchasing an extra receiver to keep in the greenhouse, where, by the way, the sound is as clear as it is inside the main house.
