Digital camera Review: Won't Honor Warranty

The phone, while it's working, rates 4. But it drops out--goes dead erratically, requiring reset around every 90-days. This rig is built more cheaply than its predecessors. This brings rank down to 3. The final, and fatal, flaw is Panasonic's new Policy of refusing to honor its warranties. Numerous calls and two case #'s later, while the phone was under warranty, the Phillipines "Customer Reps" jerked me XXX, refusing to send the correctly-rated batteries to replace the installed incorrect batteries which were the source of the problems. The batteries are supposed to be rated at 700ma; the ones supplied are only 600ma, a 16% deficiency. So, my final rating for this product is *2-Stars* I will never buy Panasonic again.
