I know I ordered a refurbished phone system... but it came complete with all of the former owners contacts from all over Utah and Colorado.
other than having to spend the time of removing the info that I obviously didn't need, the phones work fine, stiill a great phone for the $$$.
the phones are a lil bigger than I had invisioned, but not too big to complain; also I wish the Caller ID was a bit easier to access and wish the answering machine alerted you of a new message. But like I said, still a great phone at a great price.
