I did order the blood pressure cup. However, I did not receive the correct one. They did not have the model I requested and sent me another model. I contacted them and I have to return it at my own expense. They finally returned the money back into my account. Amazon showed the blood pressure to be available. I requested Panasonic EW3003w and they sent me 3006. As a result, I still do not have a blood pressure monitor.
