Digital camera reviews of Panasonic KX-TCA60 Hands-Free Headset with Comfort Fit Headband

Digital camera Review: A great value
Summary: 5 Stars

My Plantronics headset stopped working (I think I broke it by snagging the cord). This Panasonic model had great reviews about the features I wanted; inexpensive, good quality, comfortable and no-frills. I'm completed satisfied with it and the sound quality is very good.
p.s. I wish that Amazon free shipping was faster. I upgraded to standard shipping because I missed multi-tasking so much.

Digital camera Review: A headset that really works well
Summary: 5 Stars

You want the convenience of a hands-free cordless phone connection, right? This the best headset you'll ever own. Comfortable fit, low price, and excellent sound quality. Even a whisper can be heard at both ends. True, there's no volume adjustment, but you won't miss it.

Buy from Amazon.com. Panasonic models I purchased at Best Buy and Fry's just didn't work as well.

Digital camera Review: A little large but good quality - Update: Broke at about 6 months
Summary: 4 Stars

I have had this headset for 3 or 4 months and it is working well.
- Update 6/20/2006 - I still have this unit. I have lost the little foam mic cover, but it still works great. It has held up well.
- Update 7/18/2006 - Well, The headset finally bit the dust. It made it a little less than 6 months. It broke at the slide area. I am opting to replace it with a Platronics M175. This unit is a little more expensive, but it is convertible between and over the head and over the ear model and has a noise canceling mic. All in all the unit was woth the $10.99 I paid in February.

Digital camera Review: A mandatory, ancillary purchase to go with my AT&T DTECT four handset phone system
Summary: 5 Stars

We recently bought the AT&T SL82418 Four Handset Answering System. While we're very pleased with that purchase, it does have one annoying design quirk: the redial button is in a touchy position - try to tuck the phone in the crook of your shoulder and you're almost guaranteed to interrupt your current call. So, if you're an IT guy like me, be prepared to type with one hand. For that reason, a hands-free headset is a mandatory, ancillary purchase for the AT&T DTECT phone system.

The Amazon buying engine recommends buying this Panasonic KX-RCA60 Hands-Free Headset along with the AT&T Four Handset product. Don't be concerned about cross-vendor usage: this no-frills unit works straight out of the box. I'm sitting here on a conference call while typing this review. Problem solved!

Digital camera Review: A nice accessory
Summary: 5 Stars

This product has good sound quality, I like the adjustable boom mic and have nothing bad to say. I've only had it a couple of weeks so time will tell if holds up well.
