One of the worse user manuals imaginable; product is acceptable but far from excellent. I have bought many Panasonic devices but this system is by far the least satisfactory. That said, read carefully the micro print on the warranty. They do not really standby their own devices. No even for a couple of weeks. Given their cavalier attitude toward their own product and insuring that the purchaser receive a fully functioning device, I will never buy another Panasonic product again.Digital camera Review: Can't hold a charge!

I ordered this phone a month ago, the base unit plus 3 phones. We had a previous model Panasonic cordless with the voice ID and enjoyed them but eventually they broke so I replaced them with this model. Unfortunately, we got a bad batch. None of the phones can hold a charge although we've been keeping them in the cradle. I even purchased a new batch of rechargeable batteries and put them in the phones to no avail. After reading the reviews I was satisfied with making the purchase. I can't lie it has its good qualities and a slight tiny one. Now I did buy it refurb. and felt that I'd probably get the same quality. I buy alot of refurb products and they do pretty well. The conveinence of this phone is that it has 5 phones and the phones talks to you. When someone call the phone it says who's calling so you don't have to get up and answer if you don't want to. I guess my tiny one issue is that it makes a buzzing sound. Meaning the sound quality is not that good but I did buy it refurb, so I don't now if thats the reason or not but its annoying as HELL.Digital camera Review: Cordless Phone

The 5 handsets are great. We have two on the main floor and upstairs and one unit in the basement. I love the fact that the phone verbally tells you who is calling. The lines are completely clear and the phone has a great range from the base. Excellent product for the price.
