Digital camera Review: Declutter your desk
Summary: 4 Stars

Our Panasonic KX-TG6702B dual line cordless phone system works flawless. We had a Panasonic single line cordless system before and knew what to expect. The dual line system eliminates the other phone from your desk and helps to declutter office. In our micro enterprise we got four handsets for receptionist, accounts, art director, workshop. We use one line for outgoing calls to keep the other line open for incoming calls. The intercom is a great feature to communicate between offices as well as to forward calls. Best of all you don't need to run ugly phone lines all over the place. Phone lines are plugged into central unit only while the daughter handsets only need a regular power wall outlet to recharge batteries. The phone's design is smaller and looks more professional than our old system.
Reach is in most cases fully satisfactory as long as you don't work/live in a bunker of concrete and steel.
We have not used the built-in answering machine due to voice mail from our provider.

Digital camera Review: Defective Phone(s)
Summary: 1 Stars

I could not use phone. The base unit would not activate, no dial tone, all buttons dead.

I notified Amazon and received another phone. The second phone was also defective. Amazon customer service is very responsive.

The 2nd phone did activate but the base unit was partially defective, some buttons did not work. Button #1,2 and 3 and the answer "message" button were dead, thus couldn't dial or listen to messages from base unit.

I have used panasonic phones for many years and this is the first time this problem has occured.

What are the odds in receiving two defective same product model phones?

Digital camera Review: Disappointed
Summary: 1 Stars

I based on my prior good experience with Panasonic wireless phones but found this one (KX-TG6702)to be a disappointment. Sound quality on the remote is fair at best. Accessing stored numbers requires 3 key depressions to get into phonebook. The "soft keys" are small and recessed. Backlight and small characters make reading difficult. On the plus side the range is adequate.
Overall it's probably the least convenient phone I've ever used.

Digital camera Review: Does the Job
Summary: 4 Stars

This 2-line system works well. I replaced a 8 year old 2-line Panasonic only because the batteries were not lasting very long. The system has performed as expected, unlike some of the other comments I read before I bought this system. Easy to setup and use. I have no problem with hearing using this phone, even though my wife complains about my hearing.

Digital camera Review: Excellent Product
Summary: 5 Stars

We use these in a retail store. They are constantly used over a nine hour period. The batteries last all day and the sound quality is always good.
