Excellent product. It cleared up static from our other wireless devices, microwave, etc. I have the base next to my Linksys Wireless N base. This phone is connected to Vonage. When I have voice mail on the Vonage service it shows on the face of the phone as well.
Highly recommend this phone. Have had no problems with it.

This is an excellent cordless phone with a good array of features. I've shopped around extensively (have looked at GE, AT&T, Uniden, VTech, & Panasonic) and just returned a GE DECT which was awful with significant product defects. I previously owned a Panasonic cordless with which I never had any problems. This new one also has perfect sound quality and is easy to set up and use. I appreciate the other reviewers pointing out the phone's features or lack thereof so I won't go into them here. It's nice to know the phone's strenghths & weaknesses before you buy it. I agree it would be nice if it showed how many messages there were and differentiated between old or new. Also if I could mark a message as "new" (ditto spouse issue!). The "night mode" on this one is a nice feature (can program bedroom phones not to ring at night during time you set). If you are looking for a multi-handset cordless system which includes a speakerphone/keypad on the base, I think this is your best option at a very good price.Digital camera Review: Excellent phone for use with plug in headset

I was looking for DECT 6.0 phone system with a plug in headset. These two requirements pretty much eliminated most of the other brands. All of the Panasonic DECT 6.0 phone systems have plug in headset jacks. However, only this model offers a 3 stage volume control for the plug in headset, the other models have only one level. My Belkin headset works great on this phone system, it is loud and clear on the lowest volume setting. The phone system works great in my house. I really love the fact that the handsets all use standard AAA rechargeable batteries because it will make replacing them in a year or two very inexpensive. I wish all cordless phones used AAA batteries.
The phone system was easy to setup. The back lighting on the LCD is clear and bright. The talk time is very generous.
The phone system has some really cool features such as selected caller ID blocking where you can set the phone system to block certain numbers where the calling party would get a busy signal.
The phone system does have limitations which have been extensively discussed in other reviews. The primary limitation is that the base controls all handsets and is not available while any handset is in use. The second limitation is that the two extra handsets (to get to 6 handsets), model KX-TGA930T, are not the same as the 4 handsets that come with the phone system. The difference is that the keypad on the extra handsets are black instead of clear. I wish they were clear.

A lot of techno improvements have occurred since my last phone system. This was easy to set up, is very easily customized and has good sound quality. Other reviews suggested that the sound quality was tinny but we do not find it so. A few more ring options might be nice. I was pleased enough that I purchased the additional 2 handsets to bring it up to the maximum of 6 by removing an older pair. The convenience of accessing and adding memorized numbers from any handset is great, as is the ability to access the answering machine from anywhere in the house. The range is good for our 2100 sq. ft. home and the area immediately outside. Indeed, as advertised, it does not appear to interfere with my FM reception or interact with my wireless modem.
