I really liked this phone for many reasons - good clarity - long battery life - sturdy design and ease of use. The features are better than many other phones I have had including sending the phonebook from one phone to another. I've owned the base unit and 2nd phone for several years and have just recently purchased the 3rd and 4th phones to go with it. I don't know but Panasonic works well for us in product quality.
The sound is amble as my husband has a hearing problem and the Voice Enhancement feature is great for him.
