This phones were purchased refurbished and as additions to the base phone I purchased over a year ago. Adding two of the three handsets went well. I had difficulty with the third and had to call into Panasonic customer service for assistance. The service Rep was polite,prefessional and treated me as if I purchased brand new items. I enoyed the experience and love the phone.
I have no intrepidation in purchasing refurbished items form Amazon under the Panasonic brand name.
P.S. Shipping was really fast too!

Digital camera Review: Nice looking phone but generic ring tones and screen savers!

We were very unhappy with this phone. Though the sound was good and we did not get any interference, we did not like the ring tones and felt that the screen savers were generic. For the price - we thought we would have better choices for this. We ended up sending these phones back and purchased phones from Uniden for half the cost. The Uniden phones have better ring tones but no screen saver. I gave it two stars since the sound quality was really good.Digital camera Review: Panasonic KX-TG20B

The phone is so small that you can't use it unless you sit down and hold it to your ear. And, then, it's not very comfortable. It's not made for a human-shaped head or ear. So, I bought a head set and use it only with the headset. The problem is that after 1 1/2 years the headphone jack is absolutely shot. The phone is now just about useless. I got 18 months of use. Why is that everything is made like crap these days??? I'm feed up!!!Digital camera Review: Poor Product

After one week of use the handset had to be sent to Panasonic repair center in Texas; they replaced it with a reconditioned unit So much forPanasonic's warranty. If they continue to build their products in China; they will go the way of the USA manufactures. Advice DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY IN WARRANTIES
