I have to thank Amazon for this one. I lost one of my cordless handsets and I just figured that it would not be easy to find a replacement. I just entered the model number on one of my other handsets and therre it was. One click and two days later I was a hero. The handset was the same as the one that I lost and works perfectly. I was looking for a replacement for the cordless phone in our bedroom. I've been very happy with the Panasonic we use in our kitchen. Adding just the handset saved money and also means that we have a very small base on the nightstand in our bedroom. I purchased the five phone set (KX-TG9344T) for Christmas (Costco sells the base and five phones versus four phones). I purchased this phone to round out the system to the max of 6 cordless phones. This extra handset is great to go with the 4 handset system i purchased by Panasonic.
-Each handset has clear sound quality and is so easy to install.. just find an outlet and insert batteries!
-Each handset has speaker phone and intercom which i love
-Each handset has message retrieval from answering system.. i never go to the base
-Talking caller ID can be easily turned off- of course does not always pronounce phone book correctly
-Adjustable handset volume.. someone complained not loud enough.. i have to turn it down sometimes!
-Program phonebook in one handset, it automatically is updated on every handset!
-Nice looking, light weight, not cheap looking
-Nothing negative to say.. reading reviews can be overwhelming, always mixed opinions with every brand
-Will probably buy one more handset to complete the set to 6 which is the max capacity
-Finally can answer the phone from every room and not go searching for where the kids left it!
-If you're on the fence about this system, get off and just buy it!
-I've had it a few months and am very happy with my purchase...
