My 2 year old decided to hide our other phone in the bushes outside while on so we were out phone service for 4 days until the battery died or the phone became waterlogged. This new one joined the others with out issue and works great. I think the keyboard is much better then the previous one.Digital camera Review: Handy handset

It's been my experience that Panasonic makes the best affordable phones. I bought this one for my dad (almost 80 years old) as an add on to the phone I bought him earlier this year.
Pros: Sound quality, easy installation and set up
Cons: Can't think of any right now.

I purchased this phone to add an additional phone to a 2 handset unit we already owned. I was a bit surprised at how quickly and easily it added itself to the base unit and was instantly available for use. This handset goes in my office, which is in a different building about 100 feet away from the base unit but the sound quality is in the good to very good range with an occasional echo when someone is on one of the other handsets at the same time. Part of the justification for purchasing it was for the intercom feature which also works flawlessly.
The Amazon price was the best I could find and I've never had a gripe with their service, so this is where I bought it and I'm glad I did.

Bought the Panasonic KX-TGA931T awhile back with two handsets. Both belt clips broke with hardly any force applied, and Panasonic says their junky clips are not a warranty item. Oddly, the coatings on most of the buttons is wearing off too. Physical phone quality is terrible, and Panasonic doesn't stand behind their product.
