Digital camera Review: Do Not Buy
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought 2 of these and both have the same problem. After running through ~150 photos in the slide show (I loaded ~300 pictures), it gets corrupted and freezes and is distorted. The only way around it is to turn it off and start again. So much for the continuous slide show. It's not the photos as it will get stuck on a differnt photo each time, depending on your settings.

Digital camera Review: Doesn't do what it claims to do!!
Summary: 1 Stars

I just purchased the 7" Pandigital Frame (Model #PAN707-B) as a gift for my dad for Christmas. I brought it home, opened it up to test it out and also to insert a Memory Stick Duo card filled with pictures. This product states that it accepts the Memory Stick Duo and it DOES NOT!! It does not even recognize that there is a card inserted into the slot. I packed it up and brought it back to the store where I purchased it. (Bed,Bath & Beyond) I brought my memory card with me and asked if I could try another one in the store with my card and they said "sure". We tried 2 more of the exact same frame and none of them will accept this card even though it says all over the box and manual that it does. I even went to another store and purchased a new card and it will not recognize it. I am giving this item one star simply because it turned on and it seemed to have a decent resolution with the display example pictures that come on it. I did not try to download pictures from my computer to the frame because that is not what I bought it for. I am VERY disappointed in this item and will be getting my money back tomorrow morning! I feel that if it says it is compatable with a certain card, then it NEEDS TO BE COMPATABLE WITH THAT CARD! I do not recommend this item.

Digital camera Review: Don't buy
Summary: 2 Stars

Cons:
Would not read one of my conpact flash cards, but lucky for me I had more than one and the other flash card worked, my computer won't read the USB connection so I have to transfer photos to my flash card then insert the flash card into the picture frame, forget trying to copy files onto the internal memory it takes too long one picture at a time, the screen is an odd size and cuts the head off of some of the photos.
Pros:
The frames look nice.

The only reason I purchased this one was because I waited too close to Chrismas and all the stores were sold out of the good ones.

Digital camera Review: Don't buy - see review of 8". Its much better
Summary: 1 Stars

All I can say about the 7" Pandigital photo frame is Don't waste your money. The resolution is horrible. Mine also had all sorts of connectivity problems with my computer running Windows XP. See my review of 8" unit. It's much better with photo quality resolution and no problems. It's almost like different manufacturers made the 7" and 8" units. I bought the 8" first for my office and was pleasantly surprised. Then bought the 7" for my mother as a Christmas gift. After trying to load some family pictures before Christmas and seeing the poor resolution, awkward screen size which distorts the photos and after having the connectivity problems, I can't in good consience give this to the Saintly woman who raised me. I plan to take it back and get her the 8" frame.

Digital camera Review: Don't buy this if you expect to download from your computer
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this, my first digital frame, expecting to be able to download pictures from my laptop (an up-to-date Dell). The manual says ominously "your computer my not recognize the device at first, just disconnect and keep trying." After three hours and maybe 25-30 attempts, and re-reading the instructions, I gave up. I brought it back to Staples and got a refund; when I told them the problem, they said "oh yeah, it doesn't work with any computer; everyone's returning these, get the kodak."
