I bought this wall mount for my 32" Sharp Aquos LCD tv. I figured the 100 dollar price was good for a mount that would allow the tv to swing out, tilt, and rotate. Unfortunately, once I got it I realized that neither the mount nor the adapter bracket included would fit my tv. That meant I needed to buy a separate adapter plate, which was another $100.00. Being unwilling to spend the money, I came up with my own solution (drilled holes in two flat metal bars from local home improvement store, total cost of $8.00) and made it work. The rest of the installation was quite easy (with two people), and the mount is solid and works as advertised. I recommend visiting the website for Peerless to see if the mount will work with your tv, or if you need an adapter plate.Digital camera Review: Exceeded expectations

This product was simple to install, just 4 screws in the back of the TV and 2 into the wall stud. It is well built and looks good.
The best part was that I was able to go on line and make sure this unit fit our new LCD TV.
And it was half the price of the units in the stores in our area.
Great Product, able to move the TV for maximum viewing, back and forth, tilt up and down.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wall mounted unit for a LCD TV.

I have been using the peerless wall mount SA740P for over four months now. The mount is strong and well built. Very happy with the flexibility of the mount - 4 joint movement: 3 joints allow to you to move the LCD 180 degrees (or almost 180) horizontal along the wall, the fourth joint allows you move the LCD 20 degrees vertical along the wall.
I am using a Samsung LCD 32 in for my mount. The weight of my LCD is approx 25 lbs and the mount handles it extremely well. The mount is rated to handle upto 60 lbs but I have not tried that weight. I did, however, hang dumbbells weighing 30 lbs on it for a week before I attached my TV.
The mount was exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied so far.
Cons: The mount is held on the wall with two screws that come in the box. The instructions ask you to drill a hole using 5/32 drill bit (I think). The drill bit size is set such that the screw is tight for the hole and holds well, however, I was unable to screw in the screw in the hole and stripped the screw as well. I had to go buy new screws and had to drill a bigger hole 3/16. The mount is stable though.

This is an excellent wall mount. I have a 32 Inch Flat Panel that is holding up just fine. It is very easy to install (Took about 15 minutes, just make sure you have a good drill) and looks great. It is easy to use to move the TV around, the range of motion is quite satifisfying.
