This unit unfortunately includes a "security" feature which means that hardware must be tightened using an enclosed "wrench," which is both cumbersome and totally impractical. The tilt system on the unit is not as easy to use as on other units, and adjustments must be made on both sides of the unit, requiring two people to access this feature. Peerless does make the same unit without the "special wrench" feature, and I would go out of my way to get that one next time.Digital camera Review: One touch tilt???

The TV wall mount is of good quality, but it is by no means a "One Touch Tilt" model. Both of the brackets have adjustments on them and consequently they must both be adjusted in order to tilt the TV up or down. Not a bad TV mount, but it is not what I ordered. Be careful when purchasing a flat-panel TV mount. Do some research and visit the manufacurers website before choosing which model you want. After you choose the model that fits your application, go back and find it on Amazon. Do not rely on the product descriptions listed on Amazon because I have found several of them to be inaccurate. I hope this info will help others make a more educated choice when they purchase their TV wall mount brackets.Digital camera Review: Pay attention -- this is a well made wall mount.

Read the instructions several times. They are very poorly written. The online support at[...] is very good -- use it.
The tilt mechanism is very stiff.
Squirt some WD40 on it to loosen the mechanism.
Practice putting the brackets on the wall mount before mounting anything!It is not straightforward.
Mount the brackets on the TV FIRST! Lots of variables and choices so you may not get it right first. Use a level to true the brackets.
Put the brackets in a "tilt" position to make it easier to mount the brackets on the wall.
Mount the wall bracket using a level!
Mount the TV to the bracket with a friend)
The tilt has several "screw in" settings. It also has an "infinite" number of settings through the toggle bolt -- be sure to tighten it down.
Tighten everything using the funky looking tool provided.
